Q: What’s the cost to add my listing?
A: Users can register and create a profile for free. Once registered you will have the ability to create your business listing. We offer two paid plans – Standard Monthly plan for $19.99 and our Premium plan for $179.99 Annually.
Q: Why can’t I review a business?
A: You must be a registered & verified user in order to review a business.
Q: How do Auto Glass Shops get listed on the Auto Glass Review website?
A: Some shops will be added to the list by default as customers can create the listing and add feedback reviews based on the quality of their work. At that time, we set up a profile for the business to accompany the review. If a shop you’ve used isn’t in our directory yet, you can add them by submitting a review so other members can find out about their work! All submissions are carefully reviewed prior to being published.
Q: As a Glass Shop can I cancel my subscription at any time?
A: Yes, both of our plans are re-occurring and automatically charged. Monthly plans are automatically renewed and charged once per month. You may cancel your plan at anytime as the billing cycle is month to month. Annual plans are charged once per year and automatically renewed as well. You also have the option to cancel your annual subscription at any time however because the annual plan requires a pre-payment in full your cancellation will not go into effect until your one year subscription expires.

Monthly Payment Subscriptions:
IF YOU CURRENTLY HAVE OR SELECT A MONTHLY PAYMENT SUBSCRIPTION (E.G., A MONTHLY STANDARD PLAN), EACH MONTH AUTO GLASS REVIEW WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW YOUR SUBSCRIPTION ON A MONTH-TO-MONTH BASIS AT THE SUBSCRIPTION FEE USING THE CREDIT CARD, DEBIT CARD OR OTHER PAYMENT INFORMATION ON FILE WITH AUTO GLASS REVIEW. Each monthly renewal payment will take place on or about Your expiration date. If the renewal of Your monthly subscription fails for any reason, we will attempt to process Your renewal for a period up to one hundred eighty (180) days. (This may be modified by Auto Glass Review at any time). Except as otherwise required by applicable law, You agree that Auto Glass Review will not provide You with any notices prior to each monthly renewal payment.
Annual Payment Subscriptions:
IF YOU SELECT AN ANNUAL PAYMENT SUBSCRIPTION (E.G., AN ANNUAL PREMIUM PLAN), AUTO GLASS REVIEW WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW YOUR ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION FOR ONE YEAR AT THE SUBSCRIPTION FEE FOR ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTIONS USING THE CREDIT CARD, DEBIT CARD OR OTHER PAYMENT INFORMATION ON FILE WITH AUTO GLASS REVIEW. Such annual renewal payment will take place on or about Your expiration date. If the renewal of Your annual subscription fails for any reason, we will attempt to process Your renewal for a period up to one hundred eighty (180) days in accordance with our standard renewal practices then in effect (This may be modified by Auto Glass Review at any time).
